Amvest Financial Group Secures $3,000,000 Loan
for Symsack Properties

loan for their client Symsack Properties of St. Louis.

Symsack Properties is the owner
of the Esquire Theater Building which is leased to AMC Theaters. The owners of
Symsack Properties sought to refinance their building under a long term fixed
rate structure, not typically available at local banks. Most banks tend not to
want to make long term fixed rate real estate loans. Merritt Mamroth
spearheaded the assignment for Amvest.
