Referral and Finder's Fees

Amvest is happy to pay substantial finder's fees to company owners, senior executives, advisors, and others having strong contacts with other company owners and senior executives who may be interested in our services.

We look for good companies with the following characteristics:

• Minimum Sales of $10 million

• May potentially be for sale

• Are specifically for sale but not represented by another firm

• Are not presently for sale but may be considering a sale at some time in the future

• Have senior managers who wish to purchase the company they manage

• Seek to retain an advisor to search for an acquisition

• Company in need of financing

• Are interested in our advisory services

• In need of  turnaround or restructuring

Amvest is a highly respected, national, investment banking firm with over 30 years of service to owners of private and public companies, investment groups and stockholders.

Finder’s fees are paid when Amvest has successfully completed its assignment, and has received payment for our services.

In order to qualify, you must be able to make a personal introduction.  It must also be a company that Amvest is not already in contact with or aware of. Merely providing lists of companies does not qualify.
