Amvest Private Equity Partnership Program

Amvest seeks to partner with select highly respected private equity groups. We will try and chose equity groups who have different criteria such as size, industry focus, will make minority investments, etc. If we are going to be true partners we can not serve two masters so we will do our best not to have equity groups with the same criteria.

 

We will continue to evaluate our partners to be sure we are both benefiting from this program. As such we may chose to drop an equity group or add another one so I would encourage you to call us even if your criteria is the same as a current partner. We can add your firm to our waiting list.

"First Look"

Amvest will provide you a first look on all new sell-side assignments

before going to market.

 

 "Second Look"

Amvest often conducts targeted acquisition searches for clients. Sometimes the companies found are not a proper fit. Amvest will give you the opportunity to look at these companies upon rejection.

 

Targeted Searches

We perform targeted searches on a retained basis. A search is performed regionally or

nationally, discretely or publicly. We use a proven contact method to reach your target

possibilities and screen candidates based upon your criteria. However, as time

permits we will do searches that meet your criteria without a retainer.

 

Radar Screen Searches

A closer relationship allows us to know your "hot buttons" so we recognize

opportunities as they arise. This does not replace our retained targeted search;

however, we are cognizant of your investment criteria when our time and resources

are not otherwise engaged.

 

Increased Internet Exposure

Amvest will place your logo on www.amvest.com  with a link to information about your

organization. Plus, any article written for our newsletters will also post to our web

site.

 

Increased Exposure Through Amvest Newsletters and emails

We will publish articles of your choosing about your organization and success stories in

our newsletters.

Unrepresented Companies of No Interest

You may have direct contact with companies that are not represented, either by direct

contact or your own marketing efforts, that you have no interest in pursuing. We

would appreciate your referring those companies to Amvest.

 

Companies In Need Of Investment Banking Services

From time-to-time, you may come in contact with companies that are in need of investment banking services such as acquisition searches, taking a company private, a merger, valuations, financial or other services which Amvest provides. In those cases, we would appreciate you referring those companies to us.
