Kansas City, Missouri, - Amvest Financial Group, Inc. advised First Transit,
Inc., (Cincinnati, OH) on the acquisition of First Call
Southtown. Amvest searched for the acquisition and represented First Transit in
the transaction.

FirstCall Southtowns Wheelchair Van Service provides
transportation within Erie County, N.Y., and surrounding areas. First Transit
said the deal comes with more than 10 operating contracts and more than 100
vehicles.
First Transit plans to integrate FirstCall into its north central
region operations.
